Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest
More than 48 Hours Before Check-In
Guests may cancel their reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time and receive a full refund.
Within 48 Hours of Check-In
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the booking amount for the first night will be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds are generally credited within 5-10 business days depending on the customer’s bank and payment provider.
Hotel Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Hotel Shivraj cannot honor a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued immediately.
